Color Hues Challenge #4

Hi there!

Time flies and it is time for challenge #4 at Color Hues !




I am looking forward to see how these two colors will inspire you !






I used :

  • Selected elements from Design #319925 in the Silhouette store
  • Promarkers
  • Silhouette cameo
  • Happy font : Archer Pro
  • Vellum
  • Birthday stamp from Uniko Studio
  • Foam squares

I could have used scraps of card stock for my design, but being a bit of a lazy crafter these days, I decided to cut everything from white card stock, and colored it in 2 different hues of blue and orange.
I then used the negative piece to get precise placement of the popped up pieces on the card front.
I added the vellum to not only add interest, but also to help with adhering the sentiment on the popped up geometric cuts without covering up too much of the design.

    Amazing graphic card, Hannelie - just love that you cut and colored the elements! I do that too - saves a lot of time while cutting! Love the vellum shadow on the HAPPY too! Thanks for the inspiration at Color Hues - I'm back to play again!

    Your card reminds me of the sets of colorful shapes that can be used to make fun designs. Neat card, and it would work well for either gender.
