So happy to share another card I made as guest designer for January at Just Us Girls ! It's the last one though... so thank you so much for the invitation!
This time we have a photo for your inspiration... one I'm sure you will love because we all love butterflies !
My card :
I went with the obvious... focusing on the butterflies on a dimensional floral background. I kept the background neutral but white, instead of the colors on the photo just because it was more pleasing to my CAS loving eyes!

- Design #233136 from the Silhouette store for the background (modified)
- Silhouette cameo
- English-country-garden-butterflies stamp and coordinating Designer-dies
- Pure-florals-chrysanthemum (sentiment)
- Zig markers for watercolor smooshing
- Versafine black ink
- Rhinestones
- Foam dots for dimension

ReplyDeleteThis is so gorgeous! Those colorful butterflies against the dimensional white background look fragile, but absolutely stunning--almost like they're made of thin, colored glass. Wonderful interpretation of the photo inspiration.
