Make a wish

Hi there!

The 3 butterflies I colored for day 2 (yesterday on Instagram) of the Daily marker 30 day challenge, found their way to a card!

I colored a piece of watercolor paper with Derwent inktense color blocks and used it to cut 3 butterflies with my Silhouette. I did some inlay die cutting, and then with the 3 butterflies in place, I embossed the front panel with a Sizzix embossing folder. I added wink of stella to the  butterflies and added the sentiment.

The font I used to cut the "wish" is called LillyBelle.
The "make a" part was created digitally using the font Dream Orphans.

  2. Great card! I would have been afraid to emboss an inlaid piece for fear of it "popping" but you made it work! Your coloring is scrumptious..
