Love to you!

Hi there!

How's your weekend so far? I hope you're having fun and lots of time for crafting!

I couldn't believe it when I opened my blog reader this morning and saw that the challenge at Less is more this week is to use mists or sprays. The reason for my delight was that I took time last week to play round with spray paint I bought some time ago at a stationary shop . The sheets of card stock were actually lying on my desk, waiting for something to happen when the challenge went live!

Good sign I think!

I created the striped background by adhering strips of yellow and pink alternating with the sprayed/ misted strips. I then die cut half of the butterfly on the edge (used the negative of that cut) and completed the butterfly on the other side with the positive of another cut.

To complete the layout I used the sketch from Just us girls challenge.

Also adding my link to the Anything goes challenge at Simon says stamp Wednesday challenge.
