CAS(E) this sketch #123

Hi there!

Time for a new CAS(E) this sketch challenge... this time Lesley Croghan provides the inspiration!

This is my take on the sketch:

...and a close up to show the effect of the Enamel accents I added to the sentiment and frame cut with my Silhouette.

While I was working on this card, I played around with a few thank you sentiments
(dankie means thank you in Afrikaans)... thought I might as well share it with you!

Hope to see your card in the gallery this week!

  11. Hi Hannelie, I love your pretty card. I like the different colors behind the word. Do you know that the Amish here in the USA say Dankie for Thank You. I have read it so much it is in my mind. So I recognize it when I see it. I have always loved the words you use even though I may not know them. They always look great with your colors and simple designs. Thank you for the sentiments. 'n Baie besonderse kaartjie, vrou - dis altyd so lekker om te sien hoe jy met die CTS sketse speel - jou werk bly nou maar eenmaal uniek en uitsonderlik!!! Pragtig gedoen hier, vrou!!!
