Sending birthday hugs and kisses

Hi there!

I have two cards to share today , the same flower, just showcased a little different , and using different colors.

The first card is for the challenge at Less is more, to feature something that makes you happy.
I decided to use the elements and techniques in card making that makes me feel happy .

Since this is a showcase of my style, I will also enter the Birthday themed challenge at Show case my style .

Recipe:

Cutting  ~ using my Silhouette cameo (file from the on-line store)
Polkadots  ~ always make me smile
Color combination ~ black, white & one color with yellow being top of the list.
Sentiment ~ my own digital sentiment

We'd love you to display our banner

The second card is inspired by the following 2 challenges:

The paper players ~ Think Spring

Freshly made sketches  ~ Sketch

I really tried to add a piece of twine but somehow it just didn't work, hence the little twist to fit the sketch ;)

I have the sentiment to share, using 2 different sets of fonts

Thanks so much for looking!

Have a great week!

Baie oulik, vrou!!!!

  30. I was perusing your blog compliments of djdarnell and like your artwork. Two that really caught my eye was the Washi tape/chevron card and the fabulous take on the black/white dress inspiration. I hope you don't mind if I CASE that one for my great-grandson...he'll love it. I also took the liberty of accepting your offer of the free digital birthday quotes. I don't have a blog, nor do I post any of my work - which all goes to family members. But I get all my inspiration from you talented bloggers and appreciate it very much.
