Seize the birthday with hearts and or arrows.

Hi there!

This is my second post today... if you are looking for my CAS(E) this sketch post, please scroll down one post!

It's almost Valentine's day, and since we have love all around us, we are going for a hearts/ arrows themed  challenge at Seize the birthday!

But remember, we always have a no topping option, so any newly created birthday card is welcome!

I used a heart shaped wreath of flowers in bright and happy yellow!

The wreath is a digital stamp. I opened the image in my Silhouette software, and used the print and cut function.

The love sentiment is from Miss Kate Cuttables, and the image was colored with my promarkers.

Hope to see you at Seize the Birthday this fortnight!

Thanks for visiting me today!

  1. Yep - you are definitely the 'print & cut queen'. Really love the happiness of the yellow and how you've floated the "love" atop the pretty wreath of flowers.

  2. You've put the 'happy' in this birthday card, Hannelie! Love that yellow; is there a more cheerful color out there?! The heart wreath was a brilliant idea, and I love the little enamel dots on the flower centers. Great card! Adore it! Bev

  4. Beautiful, absolutely love the yellow and black. You really nailed it. The flower digital, do you know where I can purchase that? Have got to try doing that with digital file and silhouette. Has got to save so much effort.. So cute in heart shape.
    Beautiful, just perfect.

  22. Joe, daai blommetjieshart is so perfek uitgeny, vrou!!!
    Groete
