Breathe

Hi there!

Back to my comfort zone!

Thanks so much for all the wonderful feedback on yesterday's post! I really appreciate your kindness!

I made a card inspired by the fabulous dress on the  RUNWAY this week!

I am also linking my card to the 'use a die' challenge at Stampin' royalty (hoping that electronic die cutting is allowed ;)




I used a background cutting file from the Silhouette online store.

I placed card stock in the colors inspired by the dress underneath the cut panel, and also added a lining of vellum, for a softer look.

I decided on a butterfly as focal point because of the symmetry of the design. and added a sentiment from the breathe set of the CASual Friday stamp store.

  17. WOW, wat 'n stunning agtergrond vir daai skoenlapper, vrou!!! Dit is ongelooflik mooi!!! En die idee om die verskillend lyne gekleure papier te gebruik met die vellum daaroor, is net eenvoudig briljant!!! Joe, ek verkyk my daaraan!! Die sentiment is so gepas en die twee treffende perels plaas hierdie een alweer in 'n uitsonderlike klas van sy eie!!!! Puik, vrou!!!
