Seize the birthday ( option to use gold & silver )

Hi there!

Please click HERE or scroll down one post if you are looking for my inspiration at CAS(E) this sketch .

Time for a new challenge at Seize the birthday !

If you like our topping this week... gold & silver... go get out those metallic inks, pens, or paint! Otherwise... show us any newly created birthday card and play with the no topping option.

I used the Celebrate embossing folder from Couture creations by dividing it in 3 parts, and 'painted' it with my Pentel gold and silver paint markers.
The card stock used is actually Acrylic paper from DALER & ROWNEY.

If you love the texture as much as I do, click HERE for another card using the same ingredients ;)

Sentiment computer generated (font Little lord Fontleroy )
Butterfly file from Silhouette online store.

I hope to see your card in the gallery during this fortnight!

Thanks for looking!

  8. What a wonderful card! I'm finding it very hard to combine silver and gold. I always feel they don't really match. So I'm really fascinated by how you managed to combine them so well and boldly on one card. Amazing!

So mooi, vrou!!!!!
    Groete
