Hey birthday girl!

Hi there!

Just a quick card to share this morning!

I created the polka dot background panel with punched circles from black card stock. Nothing much further to explain. Very simple!






Challenges:

cas-ualfridays ~ use craft card stock
A gem of a challenge ~ spots/ polka dots
perfect sentiments challenge ~ happy birthday
rogue redhead  ~ going dotty
