At the top!

Before I show you my card today, just a few photo's !
My mom's visiting us from South-Africa , here in  Abu Dhabi in the Unites Arab Emirates, so we took her to see the world's tallest building yesterday! The Burj Khalifa in Dubai...




Yes, its VERY HIGH.

On to my card... with this pretty vintage images from digital tuesday, I'm also "at the top" of inspiration!
I'm entering this to sweet sketch wednesday 100 (sketch) and totally papercrafts recipe (1 image, 2 papers and 3 embellishments = ribbon, pearl, feather)

    Oh Hannelie, I love Degital Two for Tuesday. I go there often myself. This is such a lovely image. You have done a excellent job coloring it up. I love the newspaper print. How perfect. The added feather and pearl is the perfect finishing touch. Thanks for joining us for our celebration. It is wonderful that you could spent time with our mother. What a blessing.

    Hannelie, this is such an elegant, card I just love it and I love how you used the newsprint to give it the old vintage look, the feathers and pearl and perfect. I would love to try the feathers but can't stand touching them so that one is out for me. Awesome card I just love it and the colours. Love your family photo's my DH worked in Saudi Arabia for 10 years before settling in New Zealand with a Kiwi girl. Thanks so much for sharing your card with us this week for the 100th sketch good luck.
