CAS(e) this sketch #191

Hi there!

So happy to bring you my CAS(e) this sketch inspiration card!

I stared and stared at Chrissy's sketch... and then I remembered this card I made some time ago... it was one of those light bulb moments! Love it when that happens!

autumn geometric rose card
A close up:

autumn geometric rose card

I stacked 4 layers of an octagon die set (Sizzix I think) to create a geometric rose using foam tape for dimension.

I used the 5th largest die to cut an aperture in the top layer of the card.

Added 2 leaves  (from MFT daisy Die-namics set) in dark brown, and a sentiment from a Casual Friday stamp set called Loving thoughts.

What do you see in the sketch? I can't wait to see!

My poor little computer mouse had to kick it into high gear in the 'scroll down' department the moment I opened your post...cuz I KNEW you would have created something AMAZING to share with us using this sketch! And wow, you knocked this one clear out of the ballpark! Love the shades of orange with the kraft and love your design!

BTW, did I miss the post showcasing this beauty or was it one of those that never made it to the blog?

I am SOOOOOO going to CASE this clean & graphic beauty!!!
