CASology : Congratulations

Hi there!

It's CASology time!

The new card is:

I was thinking of all kinds of words and ways to congratulate someone, and came up with this card:

High five CAS card

A closer look:

High five CAS card

We are sponsored this week by Stamplorations, and I was so lucky to receive the Artsy-Border-Maker from Shery to make my card this week!

I stamped one of the border stamps several times with Picked Raspberry distress ink to create the BG for my Silhouette cut sentiment.

While I was trying to come up with an interesting way to congratulate someone, I typed the 2 words high five with the two "i's" lining up, and it just didn't look right. So I decided to remove the one "i" and stretch the remaining "i" to fill the space of both "i's" !

I think the tall "i" plays with the feeling of 'high' ... or well, that's just the way I think!

I saved it in printable form, and you are welcome to download and use it on your projects!

My teammates also created wonderful cards to inspire you:

Thanks for visiting me today!

Hope to see you play along this week!
Hugs
Hannelie

I have just found your blog. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your sentiments. Many of them are thoughts I've wanted to use in my card making, but I have no talent in creating my own. You really made my day! (And many more days to come.) I also pinned several of your cards - lovely, inspiring work. Thanks again.

I noticed the tall, single "i" right away, and loved it immediately. What a great idea, and love that striped background you set your sentiment on. Fantastic card. Bev
