One layer geometrics

Hi there!

If you tried it once... you're hooked. But in a good way. I promise :)

That's foil. On cards. Just like heat embossing, there is something magical about removing the foil and seeing the glorious shine. Doesn't really matter what color... but the gold looks awesome, don't you think!?

This is what I am talking about...

Deco foil card ideas

I created the sentiment by playing around with the font Weem, in a similar way that Kerri did here.

I created the frame by manipulating a digital paper template from The Pixel Scrapper in the Silhouette studio, then printed the whole thing in black using a laser printer and added (rose) gold Deco Foil with a laminator.

I do believe this would be regarded as one layer in the same way that heat embossing would be ?

As always I share my digital stamps :

Erg mooi, Hannelie! Ik vind het jammer dat ik geen laserprinter heb, denk toch dat dat het mooiste effect geeft. En wat een prachtig sentiment, dank je wel!

You are so clever Hannalie, to be able to alter that digital template to what you want and the geometric design looks awesome. I'd frame that as wall art! Would be awesome in my daughter's bedroom, especially with your fabulous inspirational quote! Love it. Hugs, Wends x
