Casology : Sprout

Hi there!

Time for a new cue card at CASology !

I hope my card will inspire you to join us this week!

new beginnings

A sharper angle to show off the foiling on the leaves:

My 'sprout' is a cutting file from the silhouette online store. I printed it in black with a laser printer and added the beautiful green with the laminator foiling technique.

The background was stamped in Versafine black with a background stamp from Great Impressions South-Africa.
The sentiment is my own and I will share it at the end of the post.

That foiling is AMAZING! I'm glad you caught the light on it to show it off. Lovely sentiment also~

Beautiful, Hannelie. Especially love how you foiled those leaves--and I couldn't see that until you showed the close up, so I'm glad you did. They just pop.

Wow - the foiling is stunning! Such a beautiful, subtle way to add some shimmer and shine! Another FABULOUS sentiment - thanks pal!

Is there anything you cannot do with your printer?!?!? This is fabulous - that font is gorgeous and the touch of design behind your sentiment totally reminds me of dry ground the sprout has just pushed through.

The foiled sprout looks fabulous Hannelie and your background looks just like the earth is sprouted out of!

I love your foiled sprout. You've inspired me so much with your foiling, that I've actually been looking at laminators online. I keep watching for a really (REALLY) good deal on one.

Erg mooi Hannelie!

So, I already loved this crisp leaf sprig against the bold black sentiment and delicate background after looking at the first photo, Hannelie ... then I saw that the sprig was foiled ... oh my, what impact ... it's a stunner ... I LOVE it! Hugs, Anita :)
