CASology : Vehicle... and happy birthday Tracey!

Hi there !

I am here to share this week's card for the newest cue at Casology ! No... wait a moment... before I announce the cue card... I just want to thank everyone who came to visit my craft space over the week end!

You were all so kind! As expected, most of you were surprised about my limited supplies, some even shocked, and to some a revelation that you can create without lots of supplies ;)

But one thing is sure... you all LOVED my dear spaniel Sugar! I agree, he is the best part of my craft space!

Ok... now we can get to the cue card this week :

I had this card in my head for such a long time, so this was the perfect opportunity to get it out there :

As my post title mentioned... we have a birthday in the Casology house today!

Blog friend and team mate Tracey celebrates her birthday today, so this one is for you Tracey! Enjoy your special day, and may you blessed above and beyond all expectations!

My card once again features a cutting file turned to a digital stamp. That's the bicycle and the balloon strings. Just so delicate to cut those, so I used the fill option, and printed the black elements instead of cutting them. I added the Silhouette cut bow and balloons in bright colored card stock, and popped the turquoise balloon up with faom tape. Metal embellishments on the wheels of the bicycle and my own digital sentiment finish off the card.

Looking for more inspiration... click the links below to visit my team mates.

A special welcome to Ren, who is our new team mate and joins us today for the first time! You will LOVE her fabulous inspiration!

Guest designer: Susan

Our sponsor this week: Cindy B designs

Just in case you would like to use the sentiment... here it is:

Thanks for visiting me today!
Hope to see you play along this week ;)

This caught my eye on the challenge blog as I thought it was a clever take on the 'vehicle' theme word. Striking colours and so clever again with cutting files/digi stamps. Love the addition of the metal embellishments on the wheels, striking card x

This is such a fabulous birthday card. I love the motion of the bike, and those balloons look like they are just waving in the breeze, carefree as can be.

Once more, you've used your Silhouette for more than just plain cutting. They really do need to hire you, girl! That bike is sweet all decorated with balloons, and another awesome sentiment. I love the pops of color that those balloons give your card. So darn sweet!! Bev

Baie, baie oulik!!!
Groete

Hey Hannelie!! As always your cards blow me away!! I love how those balloons give off a feeling of movement. The make me feel like the bike is moving too. Nicely done.
