Casology : WRITE

Hi there !

A new cue card is up at Casology !

Where will this week's cue card take you? It took me back in time, yes the time when feathers and ink were writing tools!

Both the feather and sentiment are from Hero arts...

Because I am no good at fuzzy cutting, I used my Silhouette to create a cutting file for the feather. Just ONE of the features I love about my Machine!

I scored the front panel with lines to reinforce the theme of writing.

A few wooden hearts and twine to finish off the card.

The sponsor for this week's challenge is :

Sponsor:  Cindy B Designs

For more inspiration here's the rest of the team:

Our wonderful guest designer this week is : Diana.

I hope to see you join us at Casology this week!

I am linking my card at the Muse card club, where the fabulous Carol Mayne is the guest Muse... since my card is sharing the same feathery theme as hers!

Thanks for visiting... hope to see at CASOLOGY!!!

So clever, Hannelie! I love the tall feather as a writing instrument and how you scored the lines! Loving the 'scripty' sentiment, too!

Love this card! Your sentiment font is so beautiful. It really does look like old-fashioned script created with a fountain pen. The Silhouette certainly sounds like an amazing machine, and you obviously use it well.

You are the queen of the Silhouette machine, Miss Hannelie!! I love how you've created a cut file for your feather. You're going to have to do a video and teach the rest of us how to do that! And those little hearts! Oh my goodness! They're so perfect here! Wonderful card. I'm also thinking of you too! Take care dear friend. Bev

That font looks like something someone would write with a feather, Hannelie. And the feather is gorgeous. Too bad you don't give Silhouette lessons. I think a number of us could use them. I know I could.
