One layer... two bicycles!

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well on this Monday morning!

I made a card for this week's one layer challenge at Less is more .To make this one layer even more of a challenge, it has to feature 2 of something!

I will also enter another one layer challenge at  Crazy for CAS.

This is what I made:

The background was sponged with Hero arts distress inks and a stencil cut with my Silhouette.

Colors used : Charcoal, Butter bar & Pool.

I masked the surface of the bicycles with the die (cuts) that was part of the set (Sizzix).

One layer... not my usual cup of tea, but I think this one is ok!

Thanks for looking!

Super!

Fantastic Hannelie.
Striking, fun and a brilliant example of one layer. In fact the stencilling gives the impression of depth so I had to do a double take to make sure it was One layer! Love it. Such talent.
Thanks as always for joining the challenge.

Ongelooflike one layer, vrou!!!!
Ek's mal daaroor!!! Daai bg stamp wat soos 'n straatkaart lyk is net eenvoudig so perfek gekies!!!

Hannelie ... this is terrific! I had to look really closely to see how you'd added so much dimension to a one layer card! From the cool grid background to the wonderful colours on the masked and stamped bikes ... it's brilliant! Hugs, Anita :)

Well dear friend...you have taken 'one layer' to another level!

Like Anita, I studied your card trying to figure out how you managed to get the elements 'put together' so perfectly!

Amazingly creative!!!
