Luv Luv Luv U !

Hi there!

I am back after a month of family time in South-Africa! We had a great time catching up with friends and family, but it feels good to be back at home, back in my own bed, AND back in my craft room!

You know as good as I do that it's difficult to get the creativity going again after a long break.
So I thought it would be good to start off with the challenge at the Cutting edge, because (die)cutting is right in my comfort zone... and I LOVE the cute and lovely card Jackie created as inspiration this week!

This is my take on the challenge:

I love the pink. yellow, craft and white color combo, and the layout. For my sentiment I cut a stencil with my Silhouette and used white ink to sponge it 3 times. This was inspired by Jackie's cloud background!

Thanks so much for visiting me today!

Good to read that the time spent with family and friends was good! And by not crafting, the idea's will soon flow again, I think! The craft and those colours work great and summerly on this card! Hugs, Gerrina

OK, so the entire time you were on holiday, I stopped by every few days to see if you were back...well, I don't know what happened, because I missed your first post!!!
Welcome home, Hannelie! I really missed seeing your gorgeous cards, and this one drives my point home...your polka dot hearts are so pretty, and I 'luv' your sentiment! Awesome color combo on Kraft, too!

I'm so happy to see that you are back in your studio...my apologies for my delayed post ~ ♥

It IS tough to get back into crafting. It's tough after even a few days. But you have gone back in beautifully! I love the rustic look with the kraft and the chalky looking font. Then the bright colors totally pop!

Hi, vrou, hoe lekker om jou terug he na so 'n lang vakansietjie!!!
