Two more Christmas cards!

Hi there!

Hope you are doing fine on this Monday morning!

My cards to share today:

For the first card , I cut a star shape with my Silhouette, and used the negative as a 'stencil' to mark the spots where the brads should be placed. After placing the brads, I completed the star with twine.

The  inspiration for the first card comes with the compliments of CAS on Sunday and Chrissy & Jen at Less is more, who wants to see some twine or string on the cards in the gallery this week.

Another card for the twine challenge:

Not much to explain about the second card. The tree was also cut with my Silhouette. The 'lights' for the tree are seed beads strung using twine and wrapped around the tree.

2 more Christmas cards done!

Thanks for looking!

Joe, vrou, hierdie twee kaartjies is so verskillend maar altwee so vreeslik mooi!!
Puik, vrou!!
Groete

These are brilliant Hannelie, such a clever way to use twine :0)

You're really loving that twine, aren't you? Both of these are impressive. And the stamping along the tree is perfect. It won't be easy to mail but is a great "give to someone" card.

Your star card is stunning! The kraft with the coppery/bronzy brads..just brilliant is all! So lovely. And your Christmas tree card reminds me of my own tree. Every year, we put Danish flags all around it in remembrance of the kids Danish heritage. Your twine around it reminds me so much of that! Love it. Love them both! Bev

...both cards are totally gorgeous! How do you come up with these amazing ideas? Stringing the seed pearls on the twine is so dang pretty! Love the sideways sentiment!

The star card is stunning! Again - beyond clever design! The velum sentiment panel is so pretty and looks so cool placed over the star!

You're truly a creative genius dear friend!
