When you give the theme of 'water' to someone living in the desert , to make a card , it shouldn't be a surprise to see a card featuring rain!
When it starts raining now... I will definitely NOT grab an umbrella!

ps Just got back from Florida and I got my share of rain -- gully washer EVERY morning until about noon! All week end long - yep I got my share :) Was glad to get home to the "dry" heat!
