Congratulations (take 2)

Hi there!

I am sure you will be able to relate to my story about this card...

Since I posted it yesterday, something was bothering me,and after reading everyone's (well meant) comments, I knew it was the "weight" of the stars that was the fly in the ointment!

So I took it off, and replaced it with a border of "heavier" stars, and used a variation of pattern and color to give some interest.

HERE's the first take...

I prefer take 2... and you?

I will link this one up (instead) to this week's cas-ualfridays challenge of:

Thanks for looking!

Must say I like both of them in each their way, so both of them are really beautiful work, well done again.

They're both super, Hannelie ... I think the 'chunky' look of the stars and twine on this latest one is so fab ... it looks so balanced and perfect with the lettering!

I'm totally a fan of black, white & yellow - such a vibrant and uplifting color combo...so if I had to choose a fav, this would be the one!
